Working 1:1 with clients and tackling one room at a time, we categorize everything into 'keep', 'throw/charity shop', and 'recycle' categories. After that, we assist you in organizing and cleaning what remains. If you need the removal of rubbish taken to the tip or charity shop, please check our extra services below. Additionally, if you require a clean after our organizing services, you can choose between our standard clean or deep clean options, which can also include washing and ironing.
We recognize that some of our clients require both cleaning and organizing services, so we offer a 1.5 hour standard clean accompanied by a 30 minute chat. During this time, the cleaner will sit and chat with the client, assist them with specific tasks—such as the popular removal of rubbish and putting stamps on letters—and, of course, make them a drink. This service can also include washing and ironing as needed.
Washing services are available at £3 per load, ensuring a deep clean for your laundry. Drying is also priced at £3 per load, perfect for those utilizing our organizing services. For ironing, we charge £0.50 per item of clothing or pillowcase and £1.50 for sheets or quilt covers, providing a standard clean to your textiles. Turnaround is typically 2 working days, but we discuss this on a case-by-case basis to accommodate your needs. Additionally, our delivery and collection service is £2.50 each, or £5 for both, making the removal of rubbish and laundry hassle-free.
If, during the course of a deep clean or while utilizing our organizing services, you require the removal of rubbish, we will take a bag or bags to the tip for you. The limit is 3 bags per trip.
We are registered with The Environment Agency to handle and remove rubbish responsibly. If you would like to see our certificate, please get in touch. Additionally, we also offer standard clean services that include washing and ironing to meet all your cleaning needs.
If you have any items for removal of rubbish to be taken to the charity shop, we will happily provide this service for you. This is £2.50 per bag, as charity shops don't accept many bags and may require us to visit multiple shops. Additionally, our organizing services can help you prepare for a deep clean, and we also offer standard clean, washing and ironing options for your convenience.
